About the Artist
Milo Alfring tattoos at Black Sage Studio, a private appointment-only tattoo studio in Evergreen, Colorado. His practice moves through tattooing, painting, murals, flash, and original art objects. The work is image-led: color-saturated animals, skulls, florals, daggers, and symbolic compositions built with the clarity of a finished drawing and the presence of a wall piece. The tattoo process starts with a direct consultation, then moves into a custom drawing that fits the body and the idea. Clients can browse recent work, send references, and book a session with enough context for Milo to shape the piece carefully. The shop exists as an extension of the studio wall: prints, flash, apparel, and one-off objects drawn from the same visual archive as the tattoo work.
